The fans demanded a Castlevania of classic style (with its development 'Metroidvania' and those things) and Koji Igarashi, father of which is considered generally like the best game of the saga, responded with Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night; spiritual successor of the Symphony of the Night itself that aims to recover the glory of times gone by and prove that vampires (and 2D) are more fashionable than ever.
